Ordering with confidence
Every piece is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to normal wear and tear.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. If something isn’t quite right, please email info@barjewellery.com and we will guide you through the process.
Packaging is discreet and ready to gift. No invoice is included when an item is marked as a gift.
For orders to the USA, duties and taxes are included in the price shown. There will be nothing additional to pay on delivery.
Dispatch
Most pieces are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. If you need something by a specific date, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery
Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not the date the order was placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched. Occasionally delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Import duties
International orders outside the UK and USA may be subject to customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. These costs are not covered by us. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
If a parcel is refused, we are charged for both the original shipping and the return fee. In this case the original postage cannot be refunded and any re-shipment will incur an additional charge.
Returns
Please contact info@barjewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your item, quoting your order number.
Items must be returned unworn and in original, undamaged packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Earrings may be returned provided they are unworn and in their original condition. We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
For international returns, please clearly mark the parcel as “Return shipment to origin” on customs documentation to avoid additional charges.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted. If you require a different size, please contact us and we will arrange this. If not in stock, production may take up to 14 days.
Warranty
The finish of your piece will naturally evolve with wear. Please follow our care guidance. Re-plating is not included in the warranty but is available as a paid service. Pieces altered by a third party are not covered.
