Re-Polishing / Re-Plating

Like with anything that has been loved and worn, your jewellery will eventually need some TLC. We offer a re-polishing and re-plating service for all of our jewellery either in our own studio, or locally in London.

Covered by our 1 year warranty are:

Light Cleaning and Brightening

Re-plating of our Gold and Silver plated pieces

Extra services that we can offer are:

Deep Cleaning and Re-Polishing (removing surface marks and scratches)

Replacement of broken chains

Replacing a lost single earring

Please note that this service can take up to 6 weeks

On the rare occasion that an item is faulty, we will of course fix or replace this for you for free within 1 year. 

If you have had an accident with your jewellery and it has been broken or damaged, please contact us and we will endeavour to fix it for you.

We will advise you of the cost and provide you with our return address

You will be responsible for ensuring the item is safely returned to us. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery if you are in the UK. Bar Jewellery Ltd does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

The item must be packed in a sturdy box or the original packaging.

Any payment will be taken on receipt of the item

Please note the above and take special care to ensure that you correctly mark the goods as a ‘returned item’ on any customs declaration form. This will ensure that no extra fees are incurred. On the occasion that an item is incorrectly marked and a fee is incurred, this may be passed on to the customer and will delay the returns process.

Not covered in our 1 year warranty

Unfortunately we are unable to replace items that are lost or stolen. Where at all possible, we will repair items broken in accidents or that have been damaged by the customer, but will charge for this service.
