At BAR, we have a deep appreciation for nature. For the past ten years, we have worked exclusively with certified recycled silver, creating sculptural pieces inspired by the quiet details of the natural world.

Our new collection, ORIGIN, marks a new chapter for BAR. Each stone has been carefully sourced in Scotland, shaped by time, weather and the landscape itself, with every one carrying its own unique character.

We carefully select each stone for its individual colours, patterns and textures before bringing it to our London studio. The capsule features Quartz, Agate and Marble sourced from across Scotland. Every piece is made entirely by hand. We wrap silver around each stone, allowing its natural form to dictate the design rather than forcing it into a predetermined setting. Flowing silver curves echo the lines, inclusions and colour variations within the stone itself, while clean bezel settings create the impression that each stone is almost suspended in silver.

Because every stone is different, no two pieces are ever the same.

Every piece in the ORIGIN collection is made to order, carrying with it not only the story of the Scottish landscape it came from, but also the care, craftsmanship and considered making that define BAR.
